Welcome to KitchenKirana ("KitchenKirana", "Platform", "Website", "App", "we", "our", or "us").

KitchenKirana is owned and operated by Krishna Traders, a sole proprietorship owned by Mr. Praveen Sethi, registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act bearing GSTIN: 07AASPK0851B1ZW.

By accessing or using https://kitchenkirana.com, https://www.kitchenkirana.com, our mobile applications, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

Customer means any person using the Platform to browse or purchase products.
Seller/Vendor means an approved third-party business listing products on KitchenKirana.
Delivery Partner means KitchenKirana's own rider or an authorised third-party delivery service.
Platform refers to the KitchenKirana website, mobile applications, and related services.
Order means a request placed by a customer to purchase products through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use our Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

4. Account Registration

Customers may create an account using Mobile OTP verification.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your account information updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account.
Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

KitchenKirana reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

5. Products and Services

KitchenKirana offers products including, but not limited to:

Grocery
Fruits
Vegetables
Dairy Products
Beverages
Packaged Foods
Household Essentials
Personal Care Products
Other daily-use items

Product availability may vary by location and stock.

Images are for illustration purposes. Actual products, packaging, colours, or brands may vary.

6. Marketplace Services

KitchenKirana operates as:

A retailer selling its own inventory; and
A marketplace enabling approved third-party sellers to sell products.

Products displayed may therefore be supplied either directly by KitchenKirana or by independent marketplace sellers.

KitchenKirana reviews sellers before onboarding but does not manufacture products listed by third-party sellers.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law.

Promotional prices are valid only for the specified period and may be subject to eligibility criteria.

8. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

KitchenKirana may cancel or refuse an order due to reasons including:

Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Technical issues
Delivery area restrictions
Suspected fraud
Payment verification failure
Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund process will be initiated.

9. Payments

KitchenKirana accepts:

UPI
Credit Cards
Debit Cards
Net Banking
Digital Wallets
Cash on Delivery (where available)

Online payments are processed through secure payment gateway providers, including Razorpay and other authorised payment partners.

KitchenKirana does not store customers' complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

10. Delivery

KitchenKirana currently provides delivery within Delhi NCR.

Deliveries may be performed by:

KitchenKirana delivery personnel; or
Authorised third-party delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Be available to receive deliveries.
Cooperate with delivery personnel.
Use the Platform lawfully.
Not misuse promotional offers.
Not interfere with Platform operations.
Not attempt unauthorised access to systems.

12. Seller Responsibilities

Marketplace sellers are responsible for:

Product quality.
Accurate product descriptions.
Compliance with applicable laws.
Timely fulfilment of accepted orders.
Maintaining valid licences and registrations where required.

KitchenKirana may suspend or remove sellers who violate Platform policies or applicable laws.

13. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners are expected to:

Deliver orders safely and professionally.
Protect customer information.
Follow delivery instructions where reasonably possible.
Comply with applicable laws and traffic regulations.
Maintain respectful conduct with customers.

14. Cancellations

Customers may cancel orders only in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Orders that have been packed, dispatched, or are out for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation, except where required by law.

KitchenKirana reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or operational constraints.

15. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.

Perishable products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other consumables may not be eligible for return unless delivered in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, software, icons, designs, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to KitchenKirana unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

17. Privacy

Collection and use of personal information are governed by the KitchenKirana Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of information as described in that policy.

18. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Engage in fraudulent transactions.
Upload false or misleading information.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Distribute malware or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorised access to systems.
Use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the Platform.
Abuse customer support or delivery personnel.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitchenKirana, Krishna Traders, its proprietor, employees, partners, sellers, and delivery partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KitchenKirana, Krishna Traders, its proprietor, employees, affiliates, marketplace sellers, delivery partners, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

21. Suspension and Termination

KitchenKirana may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time if:

These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Required by law.
Necessary to protect the Platform, customers, sellers, or delivery partners.

22. Force Majeure

KitchenKirana shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

23. Changes to These Terms

KitchenKirana may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The revised version will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi.
